Do your learners want an easy way to almost effortlessly pick up new vocabulary?

Get them to choose any Easier English article in this wiki, click on and read it, then click on the original article in the link at the bottom and read that. By simple exposure to words and phrases above their level ('comprehensible input'), which they will understand after reading the simplified version, they will absorb the new vocabulary.

For a more detailed focus on vocabulary, get learners to:

- choose and note down 5 new words or phrases after reading each article

- each pick out 3 new words or phrases to teach a partner

- choose a photo and try to label everything they see (they can use dictionaries for this)

- select one of the Categories and wordstorm as many words and phrases as they can for that topic, then research some articles under that topic and add to their list
